What Did I Buy Online in the Last 6 Months?
It’s maybe the free shipping, or mostly saving me the hassle of trekking through a store with my four small children, but yes, most of my purchases for me, the kids, and the household, have been online in the last #forever
Amazon prime day is some kind of celebration/deals day for Amazon? Trying to get people to sign up to be Prime members? I haven’t read the fine print. But I did think it would be interesting to see what I’ve bought on Amazon lately. So all of these are my affiliate links meaning I get a few cents based on what you buy through the link. Doesn’t cost you anything!

For my rambunctious four year old boy, this has kept him happy for days! He’s all about tools.
For my six year old girl, this is the perfect bribe gift for finishing her reading lessons. We literally set it in front of us, in the packaging, as we work through All About Reading.
My eight year old wanted this stack of cards for a friend of his.

This pink dress that I really love.
Most exciting mom purchase of all.

My dear friend Laura’s forthcoming book on miscarriage.
My sweet friend Haley’s forthcoming book on their life path.
My amazing friend Jennifer’s book on how she found her blue flame.
My incredible friend Mary’s book on birth (I’ve got a few quotes in there).
My brilliant friend Emily’s new book on brave living.
And so much more. Random school supplies, new shoes for the kids, cleaning supplies, etc. Maybe one of my favorite things is I can also easily send gifts to people through it, and gift cards to Chipotle (for friends whom I wish I could make a meal for but they live too far away) or Starbucks (for those whom I wish I grab coffee).
There you have it! Do you use Amazon? I still make runs to Target and on the rare occasion, Costco,! But Amazon has really helped me!
Fun to see what you got, love reading your posts and following you on IG!! Thanks for the laughs and solidarity!
In the last six months -ish I have found a lot of my amazon has shifted to the target app. The drive by pick up is also very exciting for us.
I have a deep love of not having to put on pants, corral children, and go the the store for most thing. At one point the UPS guy and the letter carrier knew us by name andnface outside of the context of our house and my daughter called both of them Daddy (because they came to the front door like he did)
Costco we will do in person because it’s a meal everyone likes and it’s cheap.
Hi Nell. That sounds fun to see what you got. I’m a new mom with 1.5 year old kid. It seems you have a lot of experiences with your kids. So I would like to get some suggestions from you about how to choose baby flow for kids? I’m planing to take my kid to swimming pool but it’s first time for us.I worried about safety and I have no idea about how to do with my kid. Latest, i visited http://www.womensedge.org/best-baby-floats/.What do you think about it? Thank you in advance for your suggestion and time.
